Matt’s Burger Lab is a family-friendly restaurant, committed to creating a warm and inviting home away from home, where you can get exactly as the brand promises “experimental burgers”.
We work specifically with seasonal and local ingredients whenever possible, to further emphasize our dedicated community pride and support.
In pursuit of a new standard for freshness, we began with daily-baked buns from a local bakery and grilled them alongside perfectly seasoned beef until they were warm and toasty.
Our burgers are made from AAA Strip Loin and our poultry selection is cage-free. The restaurant’s location is in the heart of Parkdale, a community full of quality small businesses and hard-working entrepreneurs, which makes keeping our integrity in our commitments to source from places as locally as possible, a simple task.
